Jonathan Hill
Jonathan Hill began his career in construction as an electrician in 2005. In 2018, he launched his first business, Hill Electrical Construction, with a vision that extended beyond personal success. From the start, he welcomed others to join him on the journey, offering opportunities to learn valuable skills and build meaningful careers. Guided by a faith-centered approach to work and business, Jonathan finds clarity in his mission—not just to grow his own enterprise, but to uplift those around him, fostering a community of shared success.
Max Clugston
Max Clugston, a Willamette Valley native and family man, has a diverse background in residential construction spanning interior finishing, trim, custom cabinetry (building and installation), siding, windows, roofing, and framing. His work ethic was developed during his teenage years working on a farm and further honed through his extensive experience in the construction industry after high school. For the past nine years, he has worked as a licensed electrician and a certified Generac Technician. Outside of his professional life, Max enjoys outdoor activities with his family and working on their small hobby farm. He is also actively involved in serving the elderly within his community and church.
